What is covered

SnapShrink is a one-time digital purchase: $9 USD for a lifetime license, delivered as a license key by email. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you get the full $9 back.

How to request a refund

1. Email support [at] getsnapshrink.com from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number (it is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) — it speeds things up, but it is not required.
3. We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, and your license key is deactivated.

Timing

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your email. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After 14 days

We still want you to be happy. If something is genuinely broken and we can't fix it, email us anyway — we'd rather refund you than keep $9 from someone the tool failed.
